**Purpose of Position**
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Ensure that inspections are carried out in accordance with accreditation schemes, legislation, applicable standards & procedures, order requirements, and relevant documentation.
- Ensure all IRs issued on MAIA+ after completing the inspection by the inspectors.

Verify the content of all the inspection reports/deliverables in accordance with the order requirements, relevant standards, BV procedure, and other related reference documentation.
- FR should be submitted promptly after the inspection, and IR & RN within 48 Hours [from the inspection start time & date)
- Invoices should be issued immediately after report acceptance by client.
- All invoices should be submitted within time limit to the client.
- Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction; create loyally and customer retention, maintain a high level of engagement with all the stakeholders (client, vendor, BV Team, and other involved parties).
- Compliance with office/site hours, leave plans and Code of Ethics.
- Actively participate in the overall department and operational tasks, Audit programs and perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
- Compliance with HSE and Security guidelines, policies, and procedures, Customer. Feedback/Survey

**Qualification and Experience**

Mechanical Engineering Degree

Experience in O&G/ petrochemical Industry & site or project Inspection Coordination.

**Skills & Qualities**:
IT background.
