**Responsibilities**:
**Our newest opportunity is for a talented **Junior Stakeholder Coordinator.**

**Job Summary**
- Obtains design approvals and No Objection Certificates (NOC’s) from concerned regulatory authorities during the design stage of the project.
- Provides internal support to project teams and assists in the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Follows up and coordinates between the project managers and the different clients, developers, and Authorities.
- Support the delivery of the project Statutory Authority and Approvals strategy, ensuring authority approval requirements are included in the Master Schedule.
- Executes, monitors and updates the Authority Approvals / Permits register and works with regulatory authorities to ensure that the required approvals are in place in a timely manner.
- Develops relationships and holds regular meetings with key permit users of the project to ensure all necessary permits for delivery of Design works are in place.
- Develops systems to ensure that permits in use are current and valid for the Design activity.
- Coordinates permit processes and related issues between Planning, Engineering and Building divisions. Escalates complex problems as necessary.
- Tracks and maintains accurate and up-to-date information on the status of permits.
- Routes information submitted for compliance with conditions of approval to appropriate staff and departments.
- Tracks the status of conditions of development approval and ensures government compliance.
- Serves as a liaison between developers, builder’s applicants and government staff for coordination of permits.
- Advises and informs appropriate staff and department of document and plan submittal requirements for new projects.
- Receives, investigates, and responds to problems and complaints in a professional manner; identifies and reports findings and take necessary corrective action.
- Reports to the stakeholder management lead and provides necessary support for company projects.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you are a **Fresh Graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Civil Engineering or Architecture.**

Must have strong communication skills in Arabic and English (both verbal and written).
