**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for
**Technical Program Managers **for one of our partners, a very well-known IT Services Company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and deliver the project plans across the whole project life cycle
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
- Meet with stakeholder to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project in cooperation with the business analysis team.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of PMO policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results
- Lead and direct the management of change through continuous improvement of PMO systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, changes in international standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans
- Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures
- Assesses development and tracking of customer journey SLAs and KPIs.
- Oversees for Complaints Management adherence, policy, awareness, tracking and improvements.

**Requirements**:

- 8-10 years of experience in IT project management.
- Education: B.A/ B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, business administration or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Experience in banking, telco and/or government sectors is a plus.
- M.Sc. in Computer Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Achievement oriented with the ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis.
- Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to priorities workload whilst being resilient and able to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured thinking process.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new concepts and carry out technical research.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English (Arabic is a plus).
