**Role**:Bar Manager overseeing operations in a prestigious hotel with restaurants, function venues, and lounges.

**Salary**: US$30,000 to US$33,600 per annum under expatriate conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all aspects of bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.
- Craft and design innovative, high-quality cocktails and beverage menus.

- Train and mentor bar staff on mixology techniques, presentation, and service standards.
- Train and motivate bar staff to maintain high service standards.
- Foster a positive working environment and uphold hotel policies.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and minimising wastage.
- Create and curate innovative beverage menus that appeal to diverse guest preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service during events and peak periods.
- Manage budget and cost control, optimising operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and special events to boost bar patronage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in upscale hospitality.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of beverage trends and local regulations.
