**Position**:Public Relations (PR) Officer

**Location**:Dammam

**Duties and Responsibilities of PR Officer.**
- Devise and execute strategic communication plans that align with the organization's goals and values, particularly focusing on the Dammam region’s cultural sensibilities.
- Create consistent messaging across all media platforms that positively reflect the company’s brand and identity.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with local, national, and international media to ensure favorable and widespread coverage.
- Act as the primary contact for all media inquiries in the Dammam region, effectively managing both opportunities and crises.
- Generate engaging and culturally nuanced content for various platforms including press releases, newsletters, and social media, tailored to the Dammam audience.
- Ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligns with the broader communication strategy.
- Plan, organize, and execute events such as press conferences, public engagements, and community outreach programs in Dammam, enhancing the organization's public image.
- Coordinate with different departments and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Foster strong relationships with the Dammam community, including local government, businesses, and civic organizations to enhance public goodwill towards the organization.
- Implement community relations campaigns or programs that reflect the organization’s commitment to the Dammam region’s social and cultural values.
- Prepare and implement crisis communication strategies to efficiently manage and mitigate any negative publicity that could impact the organization’s reputation in the Dammam area.
- Monitor and address any issues that may arise, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor to navigate through crises.
- Regularly track media coverage and public perception of the organization in the Dammam region, utilizing this data to adapt communication strategies as needed.
- Compile and present detailed reports on PR activities, outcomes, and the effectiveness of communication strategies to senior management.
- Conduct research to understand the Dammam market’s dynamics, public opinion, and emerging trends, using insights to inform public relations strategies.
- Stay informed about developments in the PR field and adopt innovative practices to enhance the organization’s PR efforts in Dammam.
- Ensure all PR activities adhere to ethical standards and respect the cultural, social, and religious values prevalent in the Dammam region.
- Act as an advocate for diversity and inclusion within the organization and in all external communications.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years relavant experience
- KSA Driving License
- Arabic and English Letter Drafting skills
