- Customer service and delivery of store approved menu in accordance with the published brand and operation standard. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure- Knowledge & Qualification:

- Academic & Trades Qualifications- Minimum basic food hygiene and math, Ability to understand basic reports. Skilled on coffee making- Education Requirements- Minimum High School Level / 12th Grade Pass- Working Experience & Skills- Minimum 1.5 years working hospitality or F&B.- Minimum 1 year of being Barista on high volume signature cafe- Oral fluency in English, ability to read English- Role & Responsibilities:

- Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.- Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu, answering /questions.- Sells coffees and retail. Upsells. Strive to achieve revenue targets.- Upscaled technical coffee knowledge- Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks. Same applies on all other drinks from the beverage menu.- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment;- Maintaining supplies, pastries, deli display, cake counter, and cookies for coffee bar.- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions,troubleshooting- breakdowns.- Maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs.- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes.- Implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading- coffee, retail trade, and food service publications; maintaining personal networks.- Enhances company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.- Follows SOS for dine in, take away and delivery. As per RVC operations.- Does cashiering- Completes opening, closing check lists and other forms as per assignment- Follows FIFO and LIFO- Does orders/ transfers and purchases whenever needed.- Keep par levels as per approved. Ensures labeling is done as per Municipality- regulations.- Basic Salary: SAR-1500
