**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Recruitment**: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needs. Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment plans.
- ** Talent Sourcing**: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to identify and attract top talent. Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. Offer guidance on recruitment best practices and strategies.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**
- **
Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles and levels. Experience in a senior or advisory role is highly desirable.
- ** Attributes**: Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
