We have an excellent opportunity for a western qualified and experienced **Manager - CSSD** to join our client in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

The **King Fahd Military Medical Complex** is the most modern medical institution among the Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals with 350 bed capacity and serves military beneficiaries, their dependents, hospital employees and other beneficiaries in the Eastern Province. The hospital has 2,973 employees and it is a tertiary care hospital provides the full continuum of health services.

**Job Summary**:
Plans, coordinates and directs patient care to adhere to optimal evidence based standards of patient care delivery in a cost effective manner. Ensures the education, orientation and evaluation of all staff is performed in such a manner as to maintain high levels of competency in accordance with the hospital’s policies procedures and national health regulatory bodies.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Nursing
- Valid license in the country of origin
- With minimum of five (5) years experience as Registered Nurse in CSSD
- Further two (2) years experience as Nurse Manager in CSSD
- BLS certified
