**Plant Manager**

**Experience**: 10+ year experience in beverages industry, Manufacturing Management.

**Education**: Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, Food Industry, or a related field; Masters degree is preferred.

**Location**:Sudair Industrial City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

**Position Overview**:
As a Plant Manager in the beverage industry, you will oversee all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. You will lead a team of supervisors, operators, and support staff to achieve production targets while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimization. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple functions within the plant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Production Management:

- Co - ordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
- Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls, and to obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
- Implement strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership:

- Hire, train, and supervise a team of production supervisors, operators, and support staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance performance and career development.
- Safety and Compliance:

- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality control measures to maintain product consistency and meet customer expectations.
- Monitor product quality through regular inspections and testing procedures.
- Investigate and address any quality issues or customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Inventory and supply chain management:

- Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate raw materials and supplies are available for production.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory management and minimize stockouts.
- Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes and reduce costs.
- Maintenance and Reliability:

- Consults with maintenance personnel relative to modification of machines and equipment to improve production and quality of products.
- Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, automation, and process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce maintenance costs.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices, with a commitment to promoting a culture of safety.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in beverage factory FMCG process and technology.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the beverage manufacturing industry.
