Fwa Supervisor

FWA unit is responsible to maintain the recovery targets and the hold the checks and balances for quality within the Claims Management departments and the provider submissionsFWA unit is responsible to maintain the recovery targets and the hold the checks and balances for quality within the Claims Management departments and the provider submissions.

Daily report on FWA leads, Scopes, investigations and recoveries
- Responsible for the FWA communication with all others stake holders.
- Ensure the quality outcome as per business requirements.
- Communicate with the providers on their gaps and billing pattern.
- Report provider’s submission behavior to management.
- Highlight the alerts in provider submission behaviors / deviations.
- Medical Claims project Management.
- Communicate the Errors with Department Management and units TLs.
- Support the other functions within medical Claims department as per business requirements.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in the medical insurance field.

Experience gained in a Third Party Administrator, Insurance Company or Hospitals is an added advantage.

Computer Skills: is a must specially Microsoft office.

Communication Skills must be excellent including negotiation part..

Physically fit to carry out duties.

Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.

Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
