- 21577- Job Summary- As a Concrete Technologist with 6 to 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for- overseeing the quality of concrete production and ensuring that it meets the required- specifications for use in construction projects. You will also provide technical support to- the concrete production team and work closely with engineers and project managers to- ensure that the concrete is suitable for the intended use.

Key Responsibilities- Ensure that the concrete mix design is optimised to meet the required strength,-
- Monitor the quality of raw materials used in concrete production, such as- aggregates, cement, and water, and ensure they meet the required standards.- Conduct tests on concrete samples to ensure that they meet the required- specifications for compressive strength, density, air content, and other properties.- Provide technical support to the concrete production team and troubleshoot any- problems that arise during production.- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure that the concrete- meets the required specifications for use in construction projects.- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that the concrete- production process is consistent and meets the required standards.- Keep uptodate with new technologies and developments in the concrete industry,- and make recommendations for improvements to the production process.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.- 7 years of experience in the concrete industry, with a strong understanding of the- production process and quality control procedures.- Experience with concrete mix design and testing, and a thorough understanding of- the properties of concrete.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret technical- data and identify trends and patterns.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to- non-technical stakeholders.- Experience with quality control procedures and the ability to implement them- effectively.- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards related to concrete- production.- Strong computer skills, including experience with software for concrete mix design and testing.
