**Job Description**:
**General**
- Mobilisation & demobilization of service providers
- Develop and maintain an operational risk register
- Manage Client appointed Services Providers performance in line with agreements
- Hard & Soft FM
- Pest Control
- Waste Management
- Traffic & Transport Management
- Other as required
- Perform audits and inspections of service provider performance including KPI evaluations
- Develop district management policies and procedures Coordinate with client internal departments and external entities to maintain oversight of construction projects and area activations and ensure all entities comply with district guidelines
- Collect data, develop, and present operations and management reports
- Always ensure that the district operations are running efficiently with mínimal or no impact to residents and visitors

Project Management - Minor Infrastructure and FM related projects

**General**
- Mobilisation & demobilization of service providers

- Collect data, develop, and present operations and management reports

**FM Services**
- Lead day to day district operations on behalf of the client in the capacity of managing agent
- Oversee and validate asset verification and conditional assessments carried out by SP
- Ensure PPM programs are validated, implemented, and executed
- Ensure service providers comply with SLA & KPI for planned & reactive works
- Ensure mandatory and statutory compliance is maintained and complaint with applicable codes and regulations through documented auditing against the contract and standards
- Monitor & analyze CAFM dashboards / data and ensure accurate and compliant data and reporting from service providers
- Ensure all manpower, tools, equipment’s, machinery & consumables deployed are suitable and complaint with the agreement
- Chair operations meeting with service providers and record via meeting minutes
- Ensure project folder is kept up to date

**Traffic & Transport Management**
- Lead day to day district operations on behalf of the client in the capacity of managing agent
- Oversee and validate attendance of service provider staff to confirm monthly billing
