IT Administrator

The Senior System Administrator is responsible for supervising daily operations, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the smooth functioning of software issues, as well as expertise in administering Windows/Linux hybrid environments. As a senior member of the team, they will also be actively identify opportunities for improved system performance.
- Over ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Manage enterprise storage solutions across multiple systems.
- Deploy and maintain VMWare/hyper-v virtualized assets across all networks.
- Develop strategies for maintaining systems up to date with current patches and updates.
- Troubleshoot issues on Windows, Linux, and virtualized systems while providing expert technical guidance to the team.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in system administration in a mid-to-large sized organization in the similar role.
- MCSE,CCNA is preferred
- Typing and communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Physically fit to carry out duties.
- Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
- Experience leading and managing IT teams
