**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience as an Operator Rewinding or similar role
- Expertise in electrical equipment rewinding and repair
- Strong knowledge of electrical principles, components, and systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematic diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and collaboration skills
