**"Position: Business Development Manager (SAUDI ONLY) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving company growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and implement effective strategies that align with the company's goals. Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify target segments and industries for business expansion. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new markets, partnerships, and alliances to expand the company's customer base. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and requirements, and propose customized solutions to meet their business objectives. Conduct effective sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement business development strategies and action plans aligned with company objectives. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Monitor industry developments and stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for business growth and market expansion. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop marketing collateral and sales materials. Conduct effective contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company. Sales and Revenue Management: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Forecast and analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior. Continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of business development strategies, sales techniques, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a drive for achieving targets. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with different departments. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities."**

**Salary**: ﷼13,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
