Operation & Maintenance Engineer for Tiac Systems

**Key Accountabilities**:
**The position involves**:

- Lead and execute on-site operation, maintenance, and engineering activities, including client management and supervision.
- Assess energy consumption and propose enhancements to improve energy efficiency.
- Strategize, investigate, and perform fault diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs on TIAC Systems and associated equipment, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on designated equipment, making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Ensure that the TIAC System adheres to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) recommendations for maintenance and operation.
- Conduct audits of all TIAC system components, collect data, perform periodic assessments, and manage change processes, resolving issues as they arise.
- Evaluate the condition of the System and plant.
- Perform tasks such as refrigerant charge control, fluid analysis, vacuum dehydration of refrigerant systems, charging of lube oil and refrigerant, leak testing of refrigeration systems, and maintenance of control-air piping and water/coolant piping, among others.
- Maintain and repair refrigeration equipment, troubleshoot HVAC equipment, and address cooler repairs.
- Supervise the activities of technicians and other personnel involved in operations and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the project team.
- Assist in planning and executing the Outage Management process at the site.
- Ensure that the plant operates and is maintained in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a **TIAC Systems Operations and Maintenance Engineer** within the **Infrastructure** industries or equivalent.
- Proficiency in working with TIAC System/Refrigeration System Manufacturer such as Howden Compressors, GEA, Johnson Controls, APINA.
- Adhering to safety and quality standards in a professional capacity.
- Excellent Mentorship and Problem solving skills.
