Nursery Specialist

Eram Talent, a reputable Talent Acquisition Consultancy, is seeking a Nursery Specialist to join our team. As a Nursery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing plant propagation and nursery operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the nursery, including plant care, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
- Ensure proper propagation and growth of plants, including seed sowing, cutting, grafting, and division.
- Implement and maintain nursery protocols and procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of plants, supplies, and equipment.
- Train and supervise nursery staff in proper plant care techniques and nursery operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of plants for projects and sales.
- Continuously evaluate and improve nursery processes and practices for optimal efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Min 8 years relevant work experience with Aquarium/Aquaculture specialist equipment and Facilities management in a large-scale project
- Strong Knowledge and Experience of Projects, Commissioning, Operations, Maintenance & Logistics
- Working in remote or difficult locations, particularly in project-based environment.
- Proven experience in plant propagation and nursery management.
- Strong knowledge of plant identification, growth requirements, and pests and diseases.
- Experience with irrigation systems and fertilization techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
