Credit Clerk

Eram Talent, a reputable talent acquisition company, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Credit Clerk to join a prestigious hotel company in the hospitality industry. As a Credit Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting in managing the credit function and supporting the Credit Manager in ensuring timely payment of invoices and maintaining accurate customer records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers
- Process and accurately record customer payment transactions
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
- Review and analyze accounts receivable aging reports
- Assist in negotiating payment plans and arrangements with customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Provide administrative support to the Credit Manager as needed
- Adhere to credit policies and procedures
- Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in credit regulations

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of credit management principles is a plus
