Medina, Saudi Arabia King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre Full time

Leads and manages all operations of security activities for Command and Control Centre including assigning, scheduling and reviewing work performed consistent with the department approved policies and procedures.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Manages the security operations of the Command and Control Centre section and develop security strategies, implement security procedures, and supervise security officers and guards.

2. Provides proactively monitor live services and performance trends to identify potential problems or areas for improvement that can then be investigated.

3. Sets objectives, strategy plans, standards, and procedures for Command and Control Centre sections.

4. Reviews and analyses current usage of security system equipment in the Hospital and accordingly determines and provides data on the size, type, and cost of equipment needed for the new or proposed modification of lines and cables to meet changing requirements

5. Provides for the protection of equipment, services, and facilities from noise, high voltage, lightning, and other adverse effects and for security and integrity to provide confidentiality for users.

6. Designs and supervises all security equipment, installation, study, and plan for future needs

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Safety, Security, Law Enforcement, or any other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Grade 11:
Five (5) years of related experience with Master’s, or seven (7) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including two (2) years in a senior/ supervisory capacity is required.

Grade 12:
Seven (7) years of related experience with Master’s, or nine (9) years with Bachelor’s Degree ,including four (4) years of (Grade 11) experience is required.
