**Key Accountabilities**:
- Oversee daily operations of two kitchen design showrooms.
- Ensure showrooms maintain high presentation standards.
- Coordinate promotional strategies with marketing to enhance showroom traffic.
- Lead, motivate, and develop showroom teams to meet sales targets and improve performance.
- Organize and conduct staff training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Manage recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations for staff.
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships; manage high-level customer complaints.
- Oversee inventory, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and trends.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Manage branch budgets and control expenses.
- Produce detailed reports on showroom performance, sales, and staff productivity.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We Are Looking For**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of management experience in a retail or showroom setting, with a preference for kitchen design or home improvement industry experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple locations or showrooms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office; familiarity with design software is a plus.
- High organizational and time management skills.
