Assembly Technician

**Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Assembly of all types of Control Valves/On-off Valves - as a unit or separate
- Perform all additional requirements around the assembly of products:

- i.e. engraving and fitting of name plates / tags
- Assembly to be performed as per instruction manuals; procedures; drawings; History Card
- Perform all required types of testing on all types of control valves/On-off Valves
- Perform all testing as per Specifications and Procedures
- Assist with Factory Acceptance Tests during Customer inspections
- Applies, abides by and adheres to Quality and Fabrication procedures and Standards
- Maintains excellent housekeeping standards - clean work place
- Record work progress on Valve Test Record
- Fill, note, or record any required reports and or documentation
- Responsible for personal safety and those around him/her by abiding and adhere to all Safety rules and regulations
- Responsible for maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment
- Participates in all EHS Activities where and when required
- Any other duties as assigned.

**What do I need to be considered for this role?
- Technical degree in mechanical field
- 4 years of experience in valve assembly
- Product Knowledge of Emerson products
- Exemplary safety and attendance record
- Willingness to perform other duties as requested
- Cross operations areas experience
- Forklift Operator License
- Diving License
