**What will you do**:

- Work on 3D Models and/or 2D packages following drafting standards, maintaining clarity, quality, and completeness of details & prepare MTO and help in the PR process & perform any designer functions of previous levels
- Work with project manager and engineer to assure that project and design are closed out properly upon completion and document it properly
- Ensure interdisciplinary and management review, tracking of design deliverables
- Work with customers on design & review and comment on supplier drawings
- Gather and review applicable codes, standards, and supplier requirements to define installation requirements & communicate requirements to the design team
- Establish and maintain company standards and review and update discipline design guidelines and standards
- Ensure compliance with customer and company requirements as well as with HSE policies, procedures and all applicable information security policies and procedures
- Coordination of and communication and negotiation with various parties, internal as well as external
- Mentor the site construction team providing leadership and guidance to resolve identified construction issues
- Plan and schedule team activities and help improve team performance

**What do they expect from you**:

- B.S Degree in ITI Draftsmanship, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 9-15 years of experience in Rig construction Shipyard
- Fluent in English, Arabic (or another language) is a plus
- Drafting software’s competency certification and any additional certification/ training on CAD tools and systems preferred
- Conversant with International Codes and Standards, Marine regulations, and Classification rules
- Experience in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and/or AVEVA Marine for 3D Hull and structural modeling
- Computer proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
- The ability to manage multi-disciplinary and multinational teams, across a broad range of technologies
- Well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills as well as good situation management and communication
- Resilient under stress and capable of managing competing priorities
