Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Engineer (CAD Operator) **to join our team in Tabuk. Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of an Infrastructure project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This project is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Perform engineering work related to configuring, deploying, maintaining and upgrading CAD models.
- Design, develop and engineer high quality models using 3D and 2D CAD tools.
- Produce designs that meet targets for feasibility, performance, costs, quality, safety, legislation and timing.
- Ensure that all work carried out is in compliance with company design, safety, quality, environmental compliance and procedural standards.
- Interact with architect and client, as necessary to obtain critical design information necessary to complete project within intended time frame.
- Update and maintain product design files. Assist in improving daily processes to ensure that the CAD systems meet customer requirements.
- Train and guide Production Engineers on engineered design.
- Determine limitations, assumptions and solutions in the design and development of CAD models.
- Determine design specifications and parameters for CAD models.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent) is required with 10+ years of relevant experience as a CAD Engineer
- Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required.
- Proficiency in MS Packages, Autodesk Auto CAD, Civil 3D, Revit, 3DMax
