5. Define network security strategies and policies, implementing measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
6. Evaluate and recommend network technologies and products, considering factors such as performance, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
7. Provide technical leadership and guidance to network engineering teams throughout the implementation and maintenance phases.
8. Conduct network assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation measures.
9. Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
10. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing network solutions to meet evolving business needs.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in network architecture and security, with a focus on the banking sector.
2. Proven track record of designing and implementing network solutions for banks, including LAN, WAN, and data centre networks.
3. Expertise in network security principles and practices, including firewall management, intrusion detection/prevention, VPN, and access control.
4. Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements related to network security, such as PCI DSS and GDPR.
5. Experience with network technologies and protocols, including Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, MPLS, BGP, and OSPF.
6. Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English, both orally and in writing.
7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
8. Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or CISM (preferred).
9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude towards identifying and addressing network-related challenges.
10. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
