**On behalf our client ,we are looking for an HSE Officer.**

**Job Summary**:
HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring effective HSE policies, procedures, and practices to mitigate risks, promote a safe working environment, and ensure regulatory compliance. The HSE Officer collaborates with cross-functional teams, conducts inspections and audits, develops training programs, and fosters a culture of safety throughout the organization

**_ Duties/Responsibilities:_**
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with industry best practices and applicable regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and recommend control measures.
- Monitor and evaluate workplace conditions, equipment, and systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and recommended corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs to educate employees on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and hazard awareness.
- Collaborate with management and employees to develop and promote a strong safety culture, encouraging active participation in HSE initiatives and programs.
- Maintain and update HSE records, including incident reports, inspections, training records, and permits as required by regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate and participate in emergency response drills, ensuring effective emergency preparedness and response measures are in place.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant HSE regulations, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, contractors, and external stakeholders on HSE matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and fostering positive relationships

**_Requirements:_**
- Saudi National
- 2 to 4 Years experience (preferably experienced working with Aramco projects)
- OSHA / Diploma in Industrial Safety or equivalent are highly desirable + Should meet government norms
- Good English language communication
- Willing to work in different work locations whenever required
- In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and train employees at all levels
