Construction Superintendent

Assessing / approving the subcontractors and provide guidance. Monitoring and controlling of subcontractors activities with the aim to meet the committed schedules and HSE Quality targets.
Co-operate with QA/QC & HSE dept. and ensure the quality and HSE requirements for the project are compiled at every stage of project execution.
Motivate and bring quality and safety awareness among all involved functions & obtain the necessary inputs as per the planned schedules to meet construction or fabrication targets and budget.
Meets construction or fabrication standards by contributing construction or fabrication information and identifying construction or shop management system improvements.
Ensure and execute the construction or fabrication activities move according to predetermined schedule by communicating effectively and coordinating the efforts of all parties involved in the project.
Provide direction, leadership and guidance to the assigned construction or fabrication team in respect of Health, Safety and Environment, quality, methods and procedures. Productivity, cost and schedule - Continuous improvement. Resource utilization.
Responsible for enacting proper construction or fabrication techniques as well as working with to meet the detailed schedules and overall project plan.
Co-operate with subcontractor & related project parties and follow instructions of project to achieve the project goal and schedule.
Instruct construction or fabrication personnel and track progress of construction or fabrication operations such as the arrival and utilization of materials, supplies, tools, machinery, equipment, and vehicles. Follow all manpower allocations as compared to monthly plans
Identify and solve the elements of construction or fabrication likely to give rise to disputes and claims. Investigation for the market trend such as manpower rates, construction equipment rates and material rates.1. Maintain good relation with client (owner, PMC), advanced company, partners.2. Recruit the core personnel from global top tier companies with his/her global business influence.3. Nurture the inexperienced project members for the project strategy, project management methodologies, and so on.
