**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A Sandfill Master is responsible for overseeing and managing sandfill operations in various construction or land reclamation projects, especially in the field of Dredging & Reclamation.
- Ensure the efficient and effective execution of sandfill activities while adhering to project specifications and environmental regulations. Manage the sandfill team to achieve project goals.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sandfill operations specifically in the field of Dredging & Reclamation.
- Sound knowledge of land reclamation techniques, dredging equipment, and offshore construction.
- Proven track record in managing sandfill operations and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
