**Reporting To**:Board of Directors

**Objective**:To actualize the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.

**Overview of Role/Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and recommend a business and financial plan that aligns with the company's strategic direction as set by the Board.
- Lead and execute the organization's strategic initiatives to ensure effective achievement of goals.
- Guide the organization's team to support the fulfillment of its mission, objectives, and annual targets.
- Cultivate and sustain a productive relationship with SAMA (Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority).
- Champion and nurture the organizational culture and values.
- Establish the organizations leadership position in the BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) market in Saudi Arabia.

**Primary Duties**:

- ** Board Engagement**: Facilitate Board operations and administration by providing advice, fostering Board-staff interaction, and enhancing the Board's evaluation of the CEO.
- ** Delivery of Programs, Products, and Services**: Supervise the creation, marketing, promotion, delivery, and quality assurance of the organizations offers.
- ** Financial and Operational Oversight**: Submit an annual budget for Board approval and manage resources responsibly within those parameters in accordance with applicable laws. Collaborate with the Financial Controller to secure financing for a robust investment portfolio.
- ** Human Resources Management**: Oversee staff in compliance with approved policies and legal regulations.
- ** Community and Public Relations**: Ensure a strong, positive representation of the organizations mission and offerings to stakeholders.
- ** Regulatory Compliance with SAMA**: Maintain a solid relationship with SAMA through adherence to regulations and engage with the Compliance department for optimal governance.
- ** Risk Management Collaboration**: Partner with the Risk Manager to identify and mitigate potential risks, maintaining a comprehensive Risk Register for the organization.
- Minimum 20 years in Banking or Financial services.
- Information Technology expertise is advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience in lending/financing is essential; BNPL experience preferred.
- Proven leadership capabilities and team management skills.
- Requirement for business administration or IT certification.
- Proficiency in English language is mandatory.
