**Experience**:
4 Years practical experience in planning/scheduling softwares

**Skills**:

- Acute safety awareness and attitude
- Extensive experience of shutdowns
- Sound knowledge of statutory process compliance requirements, and understanding of the relevant regulatory and compliance issues specific to the Affiliate
- Managing projects
- Familiar with materials, services, financial and other planning related work methods
- Sound management skills
- Have an understanding of production (plant) operations, equipment and process
- Data processing
- Effective facilitating skills
- Proficient working knowledge of appropriate tools and systems to find, extract and analyse data and produce reports
- Problem sensitivity and effective problem solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of safety rules and procedures
- Sound knowledge of planning and related processes and procedures
- Effective verbal and writing communication skills (incl reporting)
- Ability to follow rules and procedures

- Successful execution of shutdowns and complicated jobs

- Promote and meet expected output on planning deliverables
- Arrange and participate in plant walks, compile scope of work and draw up detailed task lists
- Assist with accurate and quality work order feedback information
- Evaluate and verify correctness of notification information and take action on deviations (gate keeping function)
- Assist and ensure statutory process compliance
- Assist to ensure leak seal process compliance
- Planning and control of plant equipment, ensuring process compliance
- Assist maintenance to compile shutdown scope list (contingency/opportunity and statutory work)
- Contribute in shutdown program validation
- Open work order control as per agreed targets to support committed cost flow
- Have an influence to reduce maintenance cost, optimise and reduce equipment time
- Optimisation of resources required to execute work
- Confirm material/spares, services and resources
- Adhere to and ensure adherence to Ma'aden safety standards
- Plan, organise and control work and projects, meeting technical objectives
- Assist with compiling and updating of task lists for strategies and repetitive maintenance work
- Assist with compiling Bar/Gantt chart programs for complex jobs
- Assist to ensure a reliable and achievable work packed for execution week
- Be acquainted with operational methods and details related to day-to-day maintenance
- Categorise work according to criticality/priority
- Assist with scope kick-off meetings for complex jobs, general overhaul (GO) and turnaround (TA)
- Assist to draw up network diagram, create Bar/Gant chart and obtain approval for program execution
- Monitor and coordinate execution of work activities and note deviations from program (day-to-day, shutdowns, GO & TA)
- Provide information/reports on request to line management
- Full contribution to statutory compliance and management decisions
- Assist maintenance to ensure optimal affectivity of maintenance strategies
- Ensure the statutory process is maintained and adhered to
- Assist with work order control within set targets and according to prescribed standards
- Have an understanding of production (plant) operations, equipment and process
- Assist with documentation preparation
- Initiate the maintenance strategy review process
- Establish and maintain professional standards for service provision and contribution
- Manage change in scope of work during execution
- Attend and give input in meetings related to one's role within Planning
- Problem solved with changing business and work requirements with timely feedback provided
- Assist leader to manage planning offices to enable a continuous service delivery to partners
- Provide details to planner/junior planner for creation of work orders
