Our newest opportunity is for a talented BIM Manager to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This position is reponsible for providing strategic leadership of BIM across the division to ensure the successful implementation and development of BIM processes. Leads and manages BIM at operational level to ensure consistency of BIM use and processes to support all stages of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leads and manages BIM at operational level to ensure consistency of BIM uses and processes to support all stages of projects.
- Elevate KEO's level of BIM maturity and focus on constant improvement, development, standardization, support and education to drive efficiency, increased productivity and innovation.
- Provides strategic leadership of BIM across the division to ensure the successful implementation and development of BIM processes.
- Support, mentor and coach team members to further develop competencies and provide opportunities to learn and develop.
- Create and foster a positive 'can do' attitude within the Teams.
- Provide leadership as well as self-motivated, with a high integration capacity in teamwork, collaborative and multicultural environment, where communication is important.
- Good listener, good communicator and develop strong working relationships with clients and staff.
- Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor.
- Develops and implements the proposed Program-wide BIM strategy and standards.
- Performs the role of Project Information Manager and/or Task Team Manager for all BIM outputs and deliverables.
- Provides hands-on training to internal disciplines i.e. Revit, Dynamo, Revit Add-ins, Navisworks, BIM360...
- Chairs BIM review meetings/workshops with Client including consultants and/or contractors.
- Manages the BIM/design process such that the highest quality of design deliverables is submitted for project team reviews.
- Carries out BIM validation reviews i.e. BIM’s, documentation files (schedules and drawing sheets) model checkers, design clash detection, visual checks, BIM360, QAQC checklists, RDS, Dynamo, COBie or any other applicable.
- Ensures and validates that coordination with other design discipline review teams are carried out.
- Carries out BIM/design reviews, across all design stages or specific design packages.
- Carries out BIM/design reviews with respect to relevant local and international design codes of practice.
- Carries out design reviews with respect to the client’s performance and/or detailed functional brief.
- Creates and maintains project tracking documents for design outputs and reviews.
- Monitors the submissions of BIM design deliverables to ensure that all review actions have been responded and/or integrated.
- Proactively forecasts and monitors progress for design actions that are on the critical path of design.
- Monitors consultants compliance with BIM strategy and standards.
- Assists procurement team in tender development and award i.e. BIM capability assessment, execution plan, level of development matrix, models, registers, dummy TQ’s, service agreements and appointments.
- Provides BIM updates into monthly reports on status of design.
- Engage teams to participate and collaborate in internal forums.
- Identify and assist in creating content to enhance our digital asset and detail libraries.
- Champion the 'I' in BIM to leverage data collection and query for purposes of design intelligence, optimization, automation, simulation and downstream exploration for artificial intelligence.
- Awareness of other digital design technologies like VR, AR, MR, point cloud, generative design, automation..
