**Lead and manage Ma'aden's leadership development programs catering for Ma'aden's leadership requirements to enable its strategy**

**Lead and manage team to analyse, design, development, implement, evaluate and administer leadership/management development processes, programs and solutions to address current and also future needs**

**Accountable to deliver senior and mid-level management training and coordinate all activities around leadership development for these levels**

**Initiate and lead needs assessments to ascertain management training and development requirements (in line with Ma'aden strategy)**

**Proactively identify other needs of the organization around management development as they surface and design and implement actions as required**

**Develop recommendations for leadership programs and resources that drive culture, organizational values, and optimal performance strategies and implement recommendations**

**Design and maintain knowledge management platform**

**Promote and actively drive integration with other key HR areas, partnering with CoE Talent Identification and Succession planning, OD &D, to align efforts meeting Ma’aden’s strategic competency requirements**
