**Lead a team that makes a difference to our business**

As a Well Planner, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the Well Planning and Design team to ensure efficient, safe and compliant well-site execution for customers
- Leading, hiring and developing talent in your a team to develop the future leaders of our company
- Managing the resourcing planning of your team to ensure effective allocation of capabilities for customer projects
- Ensuring continuous improvement and leading special projects that deliver improved services for our customers

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have leadership experience in an Energy environment with an understanding of Well Planning & Design
- Have experience of working with customers, identifying and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrate a good aptitude for relationship building and the ability to generate confidence in your contacts
- Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Well Planning or drilling operations (field experience)
- Be fluent in oral and written English
