**Senior Construction Coordination Manager**

**NEOM The Line**

The Senior Construction Coordination Manager focuses on supporting field activities performed by direct hire crews and subcontractors. will support preconstruction planning, construction work packaging, field material requisitioning, setup of automation tools and databases, and liaise with design teams as required.

**“What You’ll Be Doing”**
- Project Coordinator shall be responsible for developing and managing the Interface Management Plan.
- Identify, define, manage, monitor and track internal and external interfaces through a structured process, to effectively accomplish the Work.
- Implement and utilize an interface management system, which enables to perform the following:

- Coordinates with engineering on constructability and design issues.
- Works with engineering team to ensure appropriate data is available for construction automation
- Responsible for quantity take-off, control, reporting and forecasting
- Prepares requisitions for field procured materials, material substitution, services and equipment
- Reviews material receiving reports and warehousing to assure delivery of correct materials
- Coordinates subcontract activities to ensure materials, equipment and quality comply with design plans and specifications
- Issues field sketches to support construction needs
- Identify all interface issues with Third Parties.
- Generate RFIs for all Third-Party interface needs. The RFI form shall be used to document, record delivery and close out interface issues
- Collect, track, control, and document interface information. All interface-related correspondence, reference documents, and exchanged deliverables between Parsons and Third Parties will be compiled in a document register.
- Contractor's interface management system shall provide for the creation of an Interface Data Register (IDR) for monitoring and forecasting interface activity.
- Actively work with the Client to agree on Third Party Interface deliverables and dates and to solve potential interface issues before they impact any Project activity.
- Notify the Client and reissue the revised Deliverable If an Interface Deliverable or activity changes after being issued.
- Schedule, participate in, and chair (when appropriate) interface coordination meetings with the client, other contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors, and other organizations, as required to properly manage interfaces.
- Participate in meetings and workshops as scheduled by the Client for addressing Project wide interface issues that may impact Parsons, the client and/or other contractors.
- Advise the Client of any non-performing internal interfaces or Third-Party interface issues for resolution.
- Invite Client to all interface meetings that are identified as material to the success of the Project.
- Provide interface management status reports on a weekly and monthly basis, or as required by the Client, accompanied with associated backup data in the format requested by the Client.
- Advise the Client, on a regular basis, on the status of resolution of interface issues.
- Support for verification and overall integration of the works performed by other parties involved in Project, including but not limited to Subcontractors, Vendors, Works performed as well as works performed by the Client and their Contractors.

**“What Required Skills You’ll Bring”**
- Typically requires bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Requires knowledge of construction-related processes, as well as industry related practices.
- Demonstrated effective managerial capability is also required, as well as strong written and oral communications skills.
- Technical knowledge of all phases of construction engineering relating to a single discipline interfacing with all areas, or in a multi-discipline position assigned to a single area.
