We are Looking for a

**Job Summary**: To effectively execute all the IT projects by overseeing, supporting, and developing the team, managing projects, resolving issues, minimizing risks, and improving project performance in collaboration with Corporate PMO and relevant stakeholders, to ensure meeting business owner’s expectations and successful delivery of company's IT projects.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1.Strategic Contribution**
- Direct the implementation of the annual business plan and targets and implement the strategic agenda of the Digital & Technology Function to deliver the company's vision and mission.
- Ensure that the strategy is translated into operational business plans for Digital & Technology and monitor the performance.

**Leadership**
- Direct the activities of the PMO team to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, and in line with the strategic project management plans, policies, and procedures.
- Build and lead a motivated, engaged, and competent team, by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet the functional challenges and goals.
- Serve as a role model to ensure employees’ awareness and commitment to the vision, mission, values, fundamentals, and corporate strategy to establish a highly engaged and motivated team, and continuously improve performance.

**3**.
**Budgeting - **Lead the preparation of the department budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.

**4. Project Planning and Management**
- Develop and implement comprehensive PMO plans and processes for the PMO internal project management.
- Source and Deliver in the development of Project Management processes that drive continuous improvement and deliver improved business results.
- Support the deployment of change management programs and strategic & business planning processes, in alignment with the PMO framework.
- Stakeholder Management & Business Engagement.
- Manages direct reports and subordinate staff indirectly.
- Establish policies and procedures for project management.
- Hire, develop, and mentor IT Project Manager, Lead, and specialist.
- Implement standardized project management and business analysis practices.
- Provide enterprise updates on project portfolio performance and enterprise resource management.
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities.
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
- Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
- Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and lead the project management team meetings.
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues across leadership.

- Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of the organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes, and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.
- Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures, and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.

**Qualification, Experience & Skills**:
**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) in MIS, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, master’s degree is preferred.
- Prince 2 / PMP Certified.
