Consultant Microfinance

**Role Purpose**

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional with expertise in both traditional finance and fintech to play a key role in establishing a consumer financing company in Saudi Arabia.

- **Responsibilities**_
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to assess the potential and competitive landscape for a consumer financing company utilizing fintech solutions.
- Identify key trends, market opportunities, and potential challenges in the Saudi lending market.
- Define the strategic roadmap for achieving short-term and long-term objectives.
- Draft visibility study, business plan, and other documentation needed.
- Create financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability for 5 years.
- Assess various financial scenarios and conduct sensitivity analyses to inform decision-making.
- Establish policies and procedures for all aspects of the consumer financing company, ensuring compliance with Saudi central bank regulations.
- Design a framework for risk management, credit and collections.
- Collaborate with technology teams to integrate fintech solutions seamlessly into the company's operations.

- Strong understanding of the Saudi financial industry.
- In-depth knowledge of fintech trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience in policy and procedure development with a focus on regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Proven experience **(7+ years)** in finance, preferably with a focus on consumer financing and fintech.
