**S³ Inc. subsidiary company S3 International has an opening for a Supply Specialist lead to support an FMS government contract in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.**

**Description**:
The Lead Supply Specialist establishes aviation logistics support goals and milestones, provides vision, direction, and supervision to achieve the established goals of the logistics support plan to improve aviation logistics support for the organization, and provides Senior Level Management with Logistical Solutions while managing the day-to-day technical aspects of the aviation logistics support of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages budgets, provisioning for the organization's expanding mission and provides AS 9100 / AS9110 operational direction to ensure daily operation adheres to the standards outlined in the statues
- Manages and forecasts potential inventory shortfalls to reduce aircraft downtime and supports the Aviation Institute by provisioning and outfitting the instructional effort to maximize learning time by incorporating the latest technology for visual and auditoria aids.
- Manages the ordering, purchasing, inventory control, and distribution of aviation spares (Class IX (a) and consumables (Class III(p); manages Class IX(a) repair and return and warranty programs and develops an effective storage plan that best utilizes the limited available storage area while maximizing efficiency for Class III (p) and IX (a) Items.
- Leads the development and implementation of business rules and work process in an electronic workflow system (G-21).
- Manages the organization's forecast planning function using inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to estimate output; works with OEM and customers to determine optimal inventory levels.
- Responsible for overseeing warehousing, shipping, receiving, and handling of materials; supervises transport of materials; assists in coordination of day-to-day operations of organization.
- Oversees the development of quality standards and protocols for quality assurance of data inputs into the customers ERP system, assist in the design and implementation of policies and procedures for day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
- Supervises the disposal of items beyond economical repair (BER) for all COS except Class IX (a).
- Manages “On the Job Training” Job Books for training program for students; determines training objectives; administers written and practical exams; writes performance reports to evaluate trainees.
- Manages the warehouse automation systems in order to support receiving, inventory, issuing, picking and staging of Materiel.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree with experience in the G-21 program preferred.)
- Graduate of US Logistics Course or Saudi Arabian Logistics Course.
- 15 years of experience in Military Aviation Logistics supply chain or civilian equivalent (20 years of experience in Logistics Supply Chain Management preferred).
- 9 years of management experience in aviation logistics.
- Must have held a senior level leadership position (Former Avn Log officer with Maint experience preferred).
- Must have worked in an aviation logistics position within the past 3 years.
- 1 year of experience working in an organization whose supply system was ISO compliant (AS9100 or AS9110).
- Completion of AS9100-2016 Lead Auditor training preferred
- Willing to deploy to Riyadh, KSA for a one-year assignment.
- Active security clearance or the ability to get a clearance.
