Relocation to the project site may be required during construction and start-up activities.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Serves as Owner’s Representative in the field and acts as liaison to discipline lead.
- Reviews Contractor's schedule progress, and reports.
- Monitors Contractor's compliance with design and construction requirements.
- Issues non-conformance notices if required and monitors construction progress resolving all nonconformance notices.
- Reviews contractor's construction work plans, RFIs, submittals, force account work tickets/extra work bills and change order requests.
- Proactively anticipates and resolves issues such as changes in scope and slippage of schedules.
- Ensures that critical milestones are met for each phase of the project.
- Makes recommendations to upper management as appropriate, for the resolution of major problems.
- Ensures Contractor's effective implementation of all policies and procedures.
- Ensures the use of sound construction practices to maintain jobsite safety and quality control by Contractors & CS.
- Monitors compliance verification and readiness testing of equipment.
- Prepares periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities.
- Attend progress meetings.
- Assist in preparing presentations related to his topics.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree Engineering (or related field)
- 10+ years related field engineering experience or a broad general engineering background
