**Position **:HR Administrator
**Location **:Jabal Sayid, Medina Province, Saudi Arabia

**Responsible for**:
The Human Resources Administrator will play a key role in all aspects that effect the employee during the employment lifecycle, including the employee: on-boarding procedure, probation period, leave procedure, medical coverage, performance management program, legal issues including grievance and discipline cases, employee separation, and to advise employees, supervisors/line managers on all aspects of the HR policies & procedures.
**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resource or Business Management. Computer literacy in MS-Word, MS-Excel in advance level. Good command of English and Arabic.
**Desirable**:
Training and Development Accreditation
**Experience**:
**Essential**:
Experience in a Human Resources role, with knowledge and understanding of HR administration, policies & procedures, including in depth knowledge of the Saudi Labour Law
**Desirable**:
Experience in a human resources role within the construction or mining industry
Experience with grievance counselling and disciplinary procedures
Understanding of HR systems
**Competencies**:
**Essential**:
Fluent in English and Arabic and can relate to all employees and managers and develop/maintain sound working relationships
High attention to detail - can analyse information and identify errors and gaps
Organised - can work within defined time lines and work methodically towards them
