**ROLE DETAILS**:
We are representing our Client, a highly successful dealer group based in Saudi Arabia, in their search for a dynamic and results-oriented passenger car **Dealer Principal**. This is an immediate opportunity for an Arabic-speaking professional with a strong background in automotive leadership.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as either a Head of Sales, Brand Manager, or Dealer Principal within the retail automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Arabic and English.
- Proven track record of delivering on sales, paying meticulous attention to detail, and adept at analysing systems and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead teams, driving them towards further success.
- Commitment to delivering consistently high levels of customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and enhance the sales performance of the dealership.
- Analyse and improve existing systems and processes for optimal efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Drive a customer-centric approach to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

**Package**
- Basic salary ranging from SR 31,000 to SR 34,000 per month.
