The Role

**Requirements**:

- PhD or terminal degree in relevant field from a reputable institution preferred - A strong record of scholarly research and publications - Supervisory/administrative/management experience, such as serving as a department chair, dean, or other senior-level academic administrator and teaching experience at the university level - A record of improving student academic outcomes and eliminating disparities in achievement, opportunities, and services. - Knowledge of academic accommodation, governance, and assessment and expertise in global best educational practices in teaching and learning - Understanding of higher education policies and regulations (Saudi Arabia market experience is a plus) - A deep understanding of and commitment to the mission and values of the campus - Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred - English language fluency with Arabic language understanding preferred - Strong leadership and management skills - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
