The Carpenter specializing in Modular Furniture and Fitout Construction is responsible for fabricating and installing modular furniture components, fixtures, and fitout elements in commercial and residential spaces. This role involves precision carpentry work to ensure the successful completion of interior construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate modular furniture components based on design specifications.
- Utilize woodworking tools and machinery for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Install and fit modular furniture in commercial and residential spaces.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate placement and alignment.
- Select and prepare materials, including sanding, staining, and painting.
- Measure and cut materials with precision according to project requirements.
- Follow project blueprints and plans, paying attention to detail.
- Work closely with architects and interior designers as part of the construction team.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet industry standards.
- Address and rectify defects or issues in collaboration with the construction team.
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating tools and machinery.
- Create and maintain a safe working environment for oneself and team members.
