**Requirements**:
Essential:

- Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Biostatistics
- Six years of experience in Biostatistics
- Below the age of 56 years

Position Summary
- Engage actively in basic and/or clinical research activities and communicate research findings to health practitioners, policymakers, and the community through publications and presentations.
- Support the Department Head in the progressive growth of scientific research by submitting research proposals and investigative studies at KAIMRC.
- Assists in long-range planning of research activities at KAIMRC.
- Maintains current research expertise through continuing education pursuits.
- Conducts statistical and research support for KAIMRC during the courses and workshop and participate in the education of Physicians, Nursing staff, Laboratory Research staff, and others regarding Biostatistics or any other area of expertise.
- Provides bio statistical consultation sessions to research collaborators and colleagues to promote the correct use of Biostatistics methodology in research design and analyses.
- Generates statistical analysis plan for research projects and clinical trial protocols, including study design, sample size calculations, and generating randomization schedules.
- Analyze clinical or survey data using statistical approaches such as longitudinal analysis, mixed effect modeling, logistic regression analysis, and model building techniques using advance statistical software, i.e., SAS, R, JMP or SPSS.
- Performs other job related duties as required.
