**Job Description and Qualifications**

- The CO-OP will be part of the legal team for Air Products Qudra in the Dhahran Techno Valley (DTV).
- Primary focus is to learn how to provide legal support services to Air Products Qudra and its subsidiaries.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES**
- Assists with documentation and administration of legal transactions.
- Provides legal review and analysis of various types of contracts.
- Prepares first draft of legal memos/work products.
- Provides occasional non-legal support, e.g. in drafting and editing correspondence.
- Performs any other assignments as requested by the Head of Legal.
- Participate in continuous improvement/training activities.
