**Job Description**:
AMCL is looking for a skilled Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect to play a crucial role in improving asset management capabilities, streamlining maintenance processes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency through the selection and implementation of an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with client representatives and stakeholders from Energy, Water, and Hydrogen sectors to understand pain points, challenges, and requirements related to asset data and asset data management.
- Analyze the asset data landscape, including data sources and various platforms.
- Assess existing data models, standards, and taxonomies to identify gaps in alignment with leading industry practices.
- Define an ontology for asset management and related business concepts across the asset lifecycle.
- Propose industry data models and standards mapped to the developed ontology.
- Develop conceptual and logical data models for asset data entities and their relationships.
- Define key data elements that require data governance.
- Establish a data governance operating model, including roles and responsibilities for maintaining and updating asset data.
- Define data governance processes for creating, modifying, deleting, and uploading asset data.
- Develop change and communication management procedures for onboarding and maintaining asset data.
- Define performance metrics and KPIs to monitor data governance effectiveness.
- Identify necessary technologies, tools, and templates for executing data governance.

**Qualifications**:
**Types of deliverables you should be comfortable in producing**:

- Current State Assessment Report with recommendations.
- Business Glossary and BPMN Process Model.
- Industry Models, Standards, and Taxonomy Report.
- EAM Data Architecture documentation.
- Conceptual and Logical Data Models for Asset Data.
- Data Dictionary and EAM Data Upload Templates.
- Asset Data Governance Report with BPMN Process Models.
- Asset Data Quality Report with BPMN Process Models.

The Enterprise Architect/Solution Architect should align with NEOM's Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) delivery approach.

This role requires expertise in enterprise and solution architecture, data management, and strong communication skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across various sectors. The architect will play a pivotal role in defining a roadmap for asset data readiness and governance, contributing to the client's vision of operational excellence and sustainability.
