Gotrah Ventures is looking for a responsible, experienced individual to join us as a Courier, you will receive orders from the shops in the Souq and deliver the packages to the central hub in a timely and safe manner. We provide our clients with the highest customer service, and you must maintain a professional demeanor and appearance to be the best ambassador for our brand.

Job Responsibilities
- Have knowledge of all the main areas and routes in Jeddah.
- Verifying addresses and locations before each delivery to ensure that there are no errors.
- Plans efficient delivery routes to ensure on-time delivery has knowledge of GPS apps on a cellphone and calls clients to verify they will be at the shared location.
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to the central hub in a safe, timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.
- Securing packages to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide friendly customer service to every client, answering questions, and handling their complaints.
- Regularly communicating with dispatch staff to provide delivery updates and receive instructions for new deliveries.

**Delivery Driver Requirements**:

- **3-5 years of Experience as a delivery driver**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
- Valid driver's license issued by the state where you intend to work.
- Clean driving record.
- Special licenses may be required to operate certain vehicles.
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, and safety procedures
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods.
- Attention to detail.
