**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, configure, and implement VoIP systems using platforms like Avaya, Cisco (Cisco Call Manager), 3CX, Grandstream, Yeastar, Sangoma, and Asterisk.
- Develop tailored VoIP solutions for call centers, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their communication needs and translate them into effective VoIP solutions.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for deployed VoIP systems.
- Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and workshops to showcase VoIP benefits.
- Stay updated on emerging VoIP technologies and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners in local and international markets.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in VoIP engineering or a related role.
- Expertise in Avaya, Cisco (Cisco Call Manager), 3CX, Grandstream, Yeastar, and Asterisk.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying call center solutions.
- Strong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP) and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong local and international market connections.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex VoIP system issues effectively.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Avaya or Cisco certifications like CCNA, CCNP).
- Experience with SIP trunking, PBX systems, and cloud-based VoIP solutions

Arabic language is a plus
