Operations Executive

Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:
- The Operations Executive's position reports to the Group Operations Manager. It is a full time role working standard office hours; but extended work hours in evenings and at weekends may be necessary, especially during big projects or periods of change.
- Champions HSE related activities and ensures compliance by mobilising and motivating people towards best practises as instructed by the Group Operations Manager.
- Report in case of any unsafe act or conditions occur inside the work premises.
- Carry out any activity in such a way it does not create any unsafe condition to co-worker. Be responsible for own safety and others safety as well.
- The Operations Executive is expected to be adaptive and accepting of changing circumstances and to take on ever increasing challenges.
- She/he is expected to support the Group Operations Manager and the Sales & Operations Planning Process.
- **Build a customer and delivery focused, ambitious sales organisation that is keen to constantly over-deliver on company expectations.**:
- Remain fully involved in developing a full pipeline of profitable orders and generate targeted revenue from both, traditional and non-traditional avenues.
- Assist the Group Operations Manager in managing the fabrication and visual merchandising functions to deliver on-time and in-full delivery to the customer.
- Carry full responsibility for Quality Control of all material produced as per the guidelines.
- Oversee all the operations processes from the time, Quotes that have been approved, to final execution of the work and further, till proof of such work has been forwarded to the sales department and onward to the customer if required.
- As part of the above workflow, identify and bridge gaps and improve inter-departmental communication, to ensure smooth flow of work and on-time and full delivery of all customer commitments.
- Assist the Group Operations Manager with manpower planning to ensure smooth operation in the organisation.
- Make recommendations and implement initiatives that deliver operational excellence
- Maintain a flexible approach and be willing to perform varying duties depending on the shifting needs of the company.
- Organise and gather information from various departments and meetings and report the same along with recommendations.
- Work proactively with Sales, Projects and Factory Manager to match customer demand with supply capabilities.
- Ensure on-time execution of projects as per customer requirements.
- Provide training and coaching for other staff members
- Keep up with industry trends by visiting the market regularly and reading literature and communicating with the sales department.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Coordinate between Sales, Estimation, Fabrication and Production to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
- Work with Procurement & Fabrication to control wastage.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience preferably in a production house dealing with production of kiosks, podiums, exhibition stands etc.
- Knowledge of the practices and procedures involved in contracting jobs.
- Process knowledge and drawing knowledge.
- Graduate in any discipline.
**Salary**: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
