Job Description for Technical Chemist in a Cosmetics Factory

The Technical Chemist is the backbone of the production operations in a cosmetics factory. He is responsible for ensuring the quality, safety and compliance of products with regulatory standards.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Representing the company before the SFDA
- Supervising manufacturing operations
- Quality control:

- Product development
- Technical management
- Regulatory compliance

Required skills and experience:

- Academic qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
- Practical experience: 1-3 years of experience in the same field.
- Technical skills: Deep knowledge of chemistry, especially cosmetics chemistry, and the ability to analyze scientific data.
- Management skills: Ability to lead and manage, negotiate, solve problems, and make decisions.
- Language skills: Proficiency in English,
- Other skills: Good computer skills, ability to work under pressure, and adhere to deadlines.
