Civil Work Section - Maintenance Task Force Department
Assists in the fabrication, installation, modification and repairs of all upholstery works.
**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Performs pre -occupancy checks
2. Assists skilled tradesmen in ordering spare parts, carrying tools, technical evaluation etc.
3. Assists, guides and trains lower graded personnel.
4. Assists skilled tradesmen in repairing all upholstery work including preparation of required materials using hand tools etc.
5. Assists in the fabrication and installation of curtains.
6. Follows all Hospital's related policies and procedures.
7. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
**Education**:
Associate Degree/ Diploma fromtechnical institution with related technical field, or High School withVocational Training is required.
**Experience Required**:
No experience isrequired with the Associate Degree/ Diploma, or one (1) year of relatedtechnical experience with High School is required.
