***Digital **Transformation Manager**

We are looking for a Transformation Manager (IT/Digital) for one of our FMCG Clients based in Riyadh, KSA.

**Title**: Transformation Manager

**Location**: Riyadh, KSA

**Experience**: 6+ Years of experience

**Summary**: To lead adoption of digital technology in the organization to digitize services and operations. The goal for its implementation is to increase efficiency, greater business agility and, ultimately, the unlocking of new value for employees, customers, and shareholders.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. **Strategic Contribution**:

- Lead the implementation of the annual business plan and targets and implement the strategic agenda of the Digital transformation deliver the company's vision and mission.
- Ensure that the strategy is translated into operational business plans for the Digital transformation and monitor the performance.

**2**. **Leadership**:

- Lead the activities of the Digital transformation team to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the strategic project management plans, policies and procedures.
- Develop a motivated, engaged and competent team, by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet the functional challenges and goals.
- Serve as a role model to ensure employees’ awareness and commitment to the vision, mission, values, fundamentals and corporate strategy to establish a highly engaged and motivated team, and continuously improve performance.

**3**. **Budgeting**: Lead the preparation of the department budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.

**4. Other duties**:

- Prepare/Modify/Update firm's digitization plan/agenda in alignment with Business.
- Lead implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IOT) for process improvements and improving overall organizational efficiency
- Lead Business Automation projects to deliver optimal results.
- Build relationships and improve Partner Management matrix to deliver on time and high-quality projects.
- Proactively work with Business/Function leaders to propose and support digitization of processes in their areas of work.
- Ensure linking of digitization initiatives to the overall framework/plan for digitizing the company.

**Requirements**:

- 6-10 years of experience in digital transformation with experience in the KSA Market.
- Should possess Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
- High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases.
- Ability to manage stakeholder's expectation and relationship.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
- Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
